Run NDI on a receive-only ingest network and keep control on the house network. ND-Pi works out one cable or two at boot, and you can switch from the control panel or the touch screen.
A source that appears after startup reattaches with no restart. A swap to an absent source reads as pending, and ND-Pi says why a slot didn't reattach.
An RTSP source that fails its first connection is no longer given up on. ND-Pi keeps trying until the camera is there.
Network settings and an on-screen keyboard on the box itself, so there's no laptop needed for a quick change on site.
Auto-update is gone. A show device changes only when you tell it to, so the box you rehearsed on is the box you show on.
The panel shows which console is driving your universe and makes handoffs visible, so a surprise switch has a name on it.
Launch is Pi-only; SDI output is a separate product in development.
